This plate-loaded machine targets your adductor and abductor muscles to strengthen your inner and outer thighs. With an adjustable seat and dual foot positions, it's easy to work your thighs from one comfortable seated position. Just set your desired weight and turn the knee pads to rest against your outer knees, then press outward to work your abductor muscles - or position your legs outside the pads and press inward to work the adductor muscles.
