The T-Bell Core Unit is a versatile plate-loaded training device used to perform elevated exercises like Straddle Lifts, Sumo Squats, Romanian Deadlifts, and Bent-Over-Rows. This durable, pin-style shaft fits Olympic-style weight plates and comes with a high-tension custom spring clip to secure your plates. Perform multiple activities with the addition of the three interchangeable handles. Once the weight plates are loaded, insert the T-Handle, X-Handle, or C-Handle into the hex-shaped loading pin and lock it in place with the provided safety pin. The Prone Grip T-Handle is designed with five holes spaced 1-inches apart to quickly adjust the height of the handle to better suit each athlete. The Neutral Grip X-Handle features dual knurled grip handles, while the C-Handle or Carabiner Handle will connect to any grip-based attachment for various lifting techniques.
